Caretaker / Gardener / Property Manager (m/f/d)

Behrens Immobilien is a growing company in the field of professional real estate and property care. We maintain residential and commercial properties in Celle, Hanover and the surrounding area and are currently expanding our facility management area.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable master / gardener (m/w/d) with craft skills and experience or professional knowledge in the field of garden and landscape care**.

Your tasks

• ongoing support for our residential and commercial properties
• Maintenance of green and outdoor plants
• lawn mowing, hedge trim and general garden care
• Seasonal care and foliage removal
• Control of buildings, external installations and technical facilities
• Implementation of small repairs and maintenance work
• Exchange of small components and general craft activities
• Recording and documentation of damages and defects
• Coordination and support of local craftsmen
• Cleansing of outdoor areas
• Winter service after deployment planning
• Local contact for our property management and owners

You should bring

• Professional experience or well-founded practical knowledge in the field of Garden and landscape construction, garden care or greenery
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Responsibility and an eye for the state of a property
• Friendly and well-kept appearance
• Physical resilience
• Class B driving licence
• Good knowledge of German
• willingness to maintain various objects in the Celle and Hanover area

A completed training in horticulture and landscape construction or a craftsmanship is of advantage, but no condition. We need practical experience, reliability and the willingness to take responsibility for the cared for real estate.
