The Digital Journey Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for the holistic user experience at FERCHAU's digital marketplace and acts as a connecting entity between business, product and technology. The platform creates a digital connection between applicants, employees, freelancers and customers and is a central component of the digitalization of our business model.

Digital Journey Manager (m/w/d) Gummersbach These are your tasks in our team • Responsibility for the development, control and achievement of the business objectives of our digital marketplace • Translation of cross-channel requirements into clear product requirements in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders • Planning and implementation of user surveys and journey and touchpoint analyses • Special responsibility for testing, releases and acceptance of new features and releases • End-to-end control of the entire customer journey across organizational and system boundaries • Conception and implementation of actions for activation, commitment and satisfaction of all target groups • initiation, prioritization and further development of product and process improvements • Definition, tracking and evaluation of relevant KPIs along the entire digital journey
