In your role, you take on tasks in the distribution, care of our customers and in the project management for the service of our extinguishing systems for coastal and inland waterways. You specifically identify new service projects for new and existing customers, develop tailor-made service offers and create the necessary contract documents. After the start of the project, You control all project steps – from resource planning, coordination with internal and external partners to the troubleshooting and successful implementation on site. The creation of tailor-made offers for individual spare parts and wear parts is one of your tasks. During the project you will always keep the budget in mind, ensure smooth accounting and monitor the payment receipt. Finally, as a competent technical contact person, you are always on the side of our customers with advice and support them throughout the entire service process.

Complete technical studies or completed technical training with corresponding further training to the technician or master Ideally first experience in the field of technical and commercial project execution Intercultural understanding and worldwide readiness Class B driving licence Good SAP and MS Office skills Good knowledge of German and English (Wort / Writing) A strong customer orientation and negotiation skills are the A and O in this job!
