Successful completed studies in business informatics or comparable qualifications Profunde sound practical experience as an ITSM professional Deep understanding of relevant frameworks and tools such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, FitSM, COBIT, DevOps CALMS and eTOM Using modern methods to master complex projects such as Scrum and PRINCE2 agile Proven successes in organizational change management and project management as well as method skills in communication, organization and moderation Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
