You inspire our customers: From request to successful completion, you will professionally advise our customers on catering enquiries as part of events You'll start convincing offers: With your attention to detail you will create attractive offers, contracts and invoices that delight our customers You are an organizational institution: internal and external service providers you are co-ordinating effortlessly and soaring for a smooth run that all enthuses You develop your creativity: Together with our team you develop unforgettable catering concepts for events including cost calculation You are putting our catering offer into practice: When planning and implementing, you actively support and contribute significantly to success You shine on site: With the support on the day of the event, you will arrange for a smooth process and are the contact person for customers and team After each event you analyze the guest feedback and drive the continuous development of our event catering area forward You optimierst with strategic thinking: By immersing in our key figures, you identify potentials and derive smart follow-up measures You have a look at the market: Through regular competition checks and internal voting, you initiate new, exciting measures for the event catering

You have completed training in the gastronomy, hotel industry or tourism industry, supplemented by further education or study, ideally in tourism management You already bring valuable experience in event and/or event management – ideally combined with gastronomy, especially in the dynamic fair environment You have already gained first practical experience in projects and are curious to use and deepen these with us You work structured, solution-oriented and reliable, bringing a pronounced number affinity with you and enjoy analyzing data You live a high quality and service requirement and prove a sharp eye for detail to offer our guests the best experience Show yourself as a team player with strong communication strength and actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere You prove to be stress-resistant, helpful and flexible – in challenging situations you always keep a cool head You are ready to support weekends and in the evening hours
