You support the HR team in administrative tasks, e.g. the maintenance of employee data as well as the creation of work contracts and certificates. You are responsible for the organization and coordination of the business appointments for our employees. You are responsible for planning the e-learning process. You work with HR projects, such as digitalization and process optimization. We'll get to know each other and we'll use and promote you according to your strengths.

You are an immatricated student (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) and interested in HR topics. First practical experiences in HR or a commercial training are of advantage, but no need. You have a self-contained and structured way of working and social competence not only do you know from theory. You don't just take things as a given thing and actively introduce your own ideas. High discretion and reliability are of course for you.
