The International Evangelical Conference Centre Wuppertal GmbH “On The Holy Mountain” is a conference, guest house with 76 guest rooms and 18 meeting rooms. Our partner is the Evangelical Church in the Rhineland.

In our dining house we serve regional and international cuisine every day for up to 200 guests, mainly in buffet form. Our kitchen philosophy: processing fresh food, high professional skills, an eye for the culinary detail. A bistro with bar can accommodate individual guests and smaller groups of guests. Our terrace is an ideal place for summer barbecues. Our house is centrally located in Wuppertal with good transport connections, but still in a quiet and green environment on the Hardt.

Our group of guests is composed of members of the partner (who in our house organize their educational work) and external guests from all sectors of the economy.

Your tasks:

• Support of the kitchen team when rinsing and cleaning the dishes and the kitchen inventory
• Delivering clean dishes and kitchen inventory to the pre-stretched places
• General cleaning and care in the kitchen area
• Filling up the hygiene and cleaning stations
• Waste management

What you bring:

• professional experience in a similar position or similar institutions
• A well-kept appearance, friendliness and courtesy
• Ready-to-use, motivation, resilience
• Good knowledge of German
• Ready to change weekend services
• readiness for shiftwork

What you expect:

• Regular working hours in early and late service
• The remuneration is based on the BAT-kF (Federal employment contract, ecclesiastical version)
