In addition to the provision, maintenance, construction and support of hardware and specialist applications, our tasks include digital solution consulting and implementation. In the field of customer service, in addition to the classic 1st, 2nd level support and order processing, customer support and consulting are among the tasks. As an interdisciplinary team, digitalization and IT support is assigned to a specialist area and supports decentralized units (also on site). Payment is made up to 11 TVöD.
