... in the field of special-vehicle construction, series vehicles are individually redesigned for demanding industrial and special applications – including with a focus on vehicle electronics, electronics and the clean integration of additional technical systems. No vehicle resembles the other. We are looking for candidates (m/w/d), who implement a project independently from the construction description to the functional testing.

Tasks

Tasks:

• Construction, installation and wiring of electrical/electronic systems (12 V / 24 V, partly also 230 V according to DIN VDE 0100‐717)
• Integration of additional equipment, e.g. communication, signal, light and IT components, as well as special technology – clean and functionally secure inserted into the vehicle
• Planning of circuits, selection/dimensioning/placement of components (relays, fuses, cross sections, control and supply technology)
• Mechanical installation and interior construction: brackets, support systems, fastening solutions; Disassembly/reassembly of interior spaces
• Independent implementation of individual vehicle projects including detailed planning, functional testing and comprehensible documentation

Requirements profile

Your profile:

Subject

• Complete technical training (Kfz-Mechatroniker, Fahrzeugelektriker, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker (m/w/d) or similar)
• Very good understanding of vehicle electronics/electronics, safe handling of switching/current schedules
• Experience with clean and loadable cable routing and installation
• Experience in handling 12-V-/24-V electrical systems, relay and safety technology
• Handicraft width (metal, wood, fastening technology); Basic understanding of IT/network components of advantage – no programming required
• Security in a resilient implementation Ggfs. Ready for qualification in the area of 230 V systems
• Class B licence

A less experienced profile with clear electric affinity and desire for independent work is also welcome – incorporation by the area manager.
