Self-employed and self-responsible implementation of work and tasks in the fields of master care services Monitoring of the order and the correct overall condition of the supervised properties and control of buildings and technical installations You regularly inform your object manager about the condition Digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices

Professional training, e.g. as a plant mechanic, electronics, electrical installer, locksmith, carpenter or comparable qualification Ideally with professional experience in the use of building equipment They have a good technical expertise and bring craftsmanship with Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course German level B2
