Pega Senior System Architect - Low-Code / No-Code Consultant (m/f/d)

Connecting Business and IT: As a Pega (Senior) System Architect, you connect business and IT, design the next generation of customer-oriented solutions from the technical target image to the productive implementation and work directly with leading customers. Meanwhile, you are responsible for the technical architecture and technical excellence in complex projects. Work with low-code platforms: You design, orchestrierst and realize end-to-end solutions based on Pega, model cases and processes, configure and implement technical requirements. You will ensure quality throughout the entire development process, setting standards, defining guidelines and anchoring best practices in complex streams. Rate our customers in the public sector area: With a strong technical consulting expertise, you will show our customers innovative ways of implementation in the public sector, position Pega in line with their business strategies, participate in important decisions and ensure compliance with technical guidelines. Analyze and design: You are responsible for requesting, technical and technical design including integration concepts, data models, interfaces, non-Functional requirements, security and compliance, and develop solutions that meet the shared business requirements and exceed expectations. What we will work on together: Targeted digitize the end-to-end processes of customers and services with Pega in the public sector (focusing on external and internal security), develop case management solutions and integrate them into complex system landscapes, anchor industry and pega best practices including the Pega Express Methodology and informs business and IT stakeholders through mentor support and training.

Educational Way: You have completed studies in (economic) informatics, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a related field or completed vocational training with at least five years of relevant software development practice. Experience: You bring multi-year, increasingly responsible experience in analysis, requirements, design and development, as well as in building and implementing model-driven enterprise and business solutions, ideally focusing on process digitalization and pega or other low-code platforms. Security environment: You have evidence of experience with security authorities, Bundeswehr, NATO, BWI or in projects or in operation with increased safety requirements and know the processes, guidelines and procedures in the public security environment. Agile procedure & methods: You work in the end-to-end delivery with Scrum or Kanban, take over tasks from Backlog-Pflege to Increment-Delivery, UAT, Go-Live to Hypercare and anchor the Pega Express Methodology in the project everyday. Mindset: Self-responsible, reliable and team-strong, you work clearly communicating, think strategically with Hands-on mentality and implement your result focus in complex projects. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing allow you to communicate safely and confidently.
