a completed study of the field of civil engineering or architecture or a completed study of the “Bachelor of Arts – Public Management”/ Diplom- Administration Department of Administration or a successfully completed employee examination II or Administration relevant professional experience Knowledge of public procurement procedures Knowledge of UVgO, VgV, VOB/A, GWB Own initiative and sense of responsibility as well as the desire to be a competent contact person for the citizens of the municipality strong communication competence solution-oriented, independent, exible and structured work Willingness to attend meetings of the Municipal Council Would be desirable: a good understanding and the ability to work quickly into complex facts Professional experience in the field of public administration or of bodies bound to the application of the procurement rules
