Consultant Process Owner Lead Management (temporary parental leave replacement until 31.01.2028) (m/f/d)

In the global marketing and sales environment, you take a central role in lead management and connect regional marketing teams, global marketing strategy and our digital platforms.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Lead Management, you take the central interface function between the regional marketing teams, the global marketing organization and the product owners for CRM, eShop and marketing automation. You continuously shape and optimize the lead management process - from lead acquisition to qualification and nurturing to transfer to sales - and thus ensure a smooth and measurable funnel. You analyze existing processes, identify optimization and standardization potentials and develop sustainable target processes together with stakeholders. You drive the further development of functionalities and integrations between marketing automation, eShop and CRM. You define technical and technical requirements independently and control their implementation in tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira. You represent Lead Management in Sprint Plannings and Reviews for a well-understood and prioritized backlog and balance requirements from the regions with global goals. You plan, coordinate and perform structured test scenarios for new features and are responsible for creating and performing trainings for marketing and sales teams.

You have a completed study relevant to the role - for example in business management, (online) marketing, business informatics or a comparable degree course. You bring several years of experience in a role with clear process responsibility (e.g. Process Owner, Marketing Operations Manager:in or CRM/MarTech specialist:in) and thereby effectively connect business and IT perspectives. You have a very good understanding of lead management, marketing tunnel, lead-nurturing and typical B2B or B2C-customer journeys and guide targeted requirements and solutions. You have practical experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and ideally with marketing automation solutions such as Marketo You are familiar with agile working methods including formulation, prioritization and control of requirements about tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira and are working safely with agile IT and development teams. You can trace complex technical processes, translate them into clear, feasible technical requirements and keep both business value and technical feasibility in mind. You moderate voting in the international, cross-functional environment, communicate clearly in German and English in word and writing and support colleagues by participating in your knowledge and continuing improvements.
