Control and further development of the organizational processes in the patient-related area (acceptance, appointment management, outpatient organisation) Planning, organisation and control of workflows and continuous optimization in the sense of service-oriented patient care Service and holiday planning for the management team of patient-oriented areas Working in patient reception and appointment management in the case of representation Co-operation in bed management Interface coordination with medical, nursing and administrative staff

Completed medical or commercial training as, for example, MFA or merchant in health with relevant professional experience or completed studies in health/hospital management or comparable qualification Cross-professional understanding and experience in the clinical environment Ideally, first leadership responsibility or willingness to work into a management function Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP desirable Communication strength, safe, friendly appearance and strong service awareness Self-responsible, structured operation and high operational readiness Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing (min. level C1)
