Business responsibility: You assume responsibility for sales, costs and profits, ensure budget compliance and control the key operational and financial indicators. Strategic development: You develop the sector and product portfolio strategy in line with the corporate strategy and strengthen the market position of the business sector. Market and customers: You are responsible for marketing and sales activities, maintain key strategic relationships and represent the area of services and industrial associations. Innovation and Transformation: You identify trends and change needs, initiate process optimization and design transparent, effective change and innovation processes. Leadership and development: You lead, develop and empower employees and take on disciplinary responsibility, including recruiting, feedback, remuneration and development talks, as well as the target agreement processes. Organization and Governance: You ensure an efficient organisational structure, ensure effective cooperation and responsible resource use, compliance with rules and occupational safety.
