A well-respected, modern architecture firm with 30 employees, a strong order position and value-assurance corporate culture in Koblenz is looking for an experienced civil engineer or construction engineer (w/m/d) for cooperation in demanding civil engineering projects. Our client is part of an internationally operating engineering group and serves innovative, highly individualized projects up to 50 million. EUR.

In your role, you will work on attractive construction projects with a focus on execution planning (performance phase 5), but you will also be happy to take on further performance phases of HOAI according to your individual skills and preferences. In our search we address to candidate:inside with experience in project management in building construction. Persons who have a background as a construction engineer (m/w/d) are happy to see them as well as candidates who have previously worked as a construction engineer or construction manager (m/w/d). Successfully completed training and further training in construction, e.g. for construction technicians, state-tested technicians First experience in the development of construction projects desirable Good knowledge in the fields of calculation, tendering and execution planning Team player with structured, transparent and target-oriented mode of operation paired with very good communication capability German fluent in word and writing
