Development and implementation of a global learning & development strategy in line with our corporate goals Conception, introduction and continuous development of training programmes for professionals and managers and individual development measures Expansion and optimization of e-learning platforms and innovative learning formats Close cooperation with HR Business partners and managers to identify learning needs and development opportunities Promoting sustainable learning culture and accompanying change processes through targeted learning pulses Development and introduction of KPIs for success measurement and continuous optimization Selection and control of external training partners and learning service providers Communication and marketing of learning opportunities to strengthen learning motivation

A completed study in the field of economic psychology, economics with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the area of learning & development, ideally with experience in building or redesigning L&D structures Knowledge of modern learning methods, digital learning technologies and change management approaches Experience in designing and implementing blended learning programs, e-learning and executive development A strong employee orientation, process affinity, good sense for HR trends and a customer-oriented approach Good knowledge of English to actively contribute and share in the global business environment Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
