Take responsibility for projects in the field of production and technology – from planning to successful implementation, focusing on time, budget and quality Analysis of existing processes and further development of existing structures and methods Control and monitoring of project progress, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and identifying and evaluating potential risks Interface management and representation of the operational area in change and development projects Support for national plant structure planning and acquisition of subprojects from the investment sector Responsibility for compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and participation in strategic and operational projects

Successfully completed studies in production technology, manufacturing technology, food technology or a comparable qualification such as master or technician training with relevant experience in production At least 3 years of experience in project management Experience in the food industry, e.g. dairies, with a thorough understanding of product and process requirements Deep knowledge of Lean Management and Shopfloor Management desirable Embossed, Analytical and Structured Thinking Power Communication strength, self-initiative and a targeted working method
