You develop our holistic learning & development offer and promote the professional and personal development of our employees:inside (or employees) As a central contact:in you advise and accompany our teams in all L&D questions You actively shape our learning strategy, the development of personnel and executives and implement suitable measures Together with the disciplines, you develop new learning paths, trainings and digital learning formats – you also take on moderation if necessary You opt for our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning) in terms of functionality and usability You independently control various L&D projects and continuously develop our processes and tools

You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, pedagogy, education) You bring multi-year experience in the entire range of personnel and executive development – from conception to implementation to successful project management You are passionate about personal and executive development and are happy to work with different target groups You work structured and self-organized, you like to work in the team and take responsibility You convince with excellent communication skills, sovereign appearance and fingertips in dealing with a variety of people You have a high affinity for handling digital tools
