As a board of directors with a focus on commercial management, you are responsible for comprehensive and demanding management and design with your board colleague. A completed university degree in economics and ideally an additional qualification matching the area of responsibility. A leadership style that is characterized by high social competence, gives employees support and security, and can motivate and inspire them, also for changes. You have several years of experience in managing executives, preferably within the social economy. Your well-founded knowledge of economic governance, financing and further development combine with experience in the planning and implementation of investment measures, strategic orientation of organisations and in the commercial management of the maintenance and renovation of real estate.
