Complete university or university degree with the focus on insurance, organization, mathematics, economics, business information, computer science or comparable completed training in one of the above areas Good knowledge of methods and methods along the solution development process with a focus on requirements engineering, preferably including Certification according to IREP Advantageous nodes in damage processing and/or artificial intelligence (AI) Interest or prior knowledge in the field of insurance/financial services and a strong ability to quickly record, analyze and accurately formulate complex facts, combined with a strong solution orientation Good knowledge of the application systems to be supervised, through interfaces of connected further systems, workflows in business and process analysis, and relevant business processes Organizational ability and ability to provide good personal presentation especially in cooperation with customers
