As Head of Costing in Facility Management, you take on the technical responsibility for the costing of personal and external services and actively design the conception of supply strategies and costing standards. You will have the opportunity to flexibly design office presence in Cologne or Essen and mobile work.

Technical and strategic overall responsibility for the calculation of private and foreign services in facility management Analysis and evaluation of complex tenders, performance directories and customer requirements Control and quality assurance of the ranges incl. Your profile - you should bring:

completed commercial or technical training or Studies related to Facility Management or TGM Multiannual experience in calculating or offering management of FM or technical services Very good numerical understanding and pronounced analytical and structured working methods Safe handling of MS Excel and ideally experience with costing and CAFM systems Communication strength, decision-making and entrepreneurial thinking Experience in the professional management or control of teams of advantage
