How does your day look like The NRD supports people in different locations in the regions of Rhein-Main, Südhessen and Rheinhessen. With our newly created support team, we offer our regional support teams an additional help in managing your tasks. • Together with your colleagues, you can support our locations in Rhein-Main/Südhessen and Rheinhessen for a longer time on site with your know-how, communicate knowledge and skills • They take over services in alternating layers and enable individual and demand-oriented support and assistance of our clients within the different housing units • With empathy and humor, you provide a reliable daily routine and create the leisure time of our clients on site • They react flexibly to different care requirements and ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • They create free spaces that help the locations to compensate for failures and give planning security
