As part of our Professional Services team in the Middle Region, you will take over exciting projects around Omnissa Horizon – from presales consulting to the implementation and optimization of complex VDI environments.

Planning, design and implementation of Omnissa Horizon solutions in customer projects Design of complex Horizon environments incl. High availability, failover and system integration Configuration and operation of graphical visualization (e.g. NVIDIA GRID) as well as performance optimization, monitoring and troubleshooting. Technical advice in the presales phase as well as training and workshops Creation of documentation and collaboration on internal best practice guides as well as knowledge-based articles

Complete IT-oriented training – e.g. as a specialist in system integration (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – or a completed study of informatics / business informatics or the like, but also a cross-entry is possible with appropriate expertise Found professional and project experience in the implementation and administration of Omnissa Horizon incl. Horizon Cloud, App Volumes and DEM, ideally certified Very good knowledge of graphical virtualization (NVIDIA GRID), GPU technologies and hypervisor integration Experience in fault analysis, performance optimization and monitoring tools (e.g. ControlUp, Login VSI) and basic understanding of IT security and compliance in VDI environments Know-how around Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop or Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Representative team orientation as well as independent, independent and solution-oriented working methods High level of customer orientation and organisational skills Good communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and English (level B2 or higher) as well as project-related travel readiness
