We successfully combine innovative capability with tradition and many years of experience. · The position includes project and subproject management of national and international projects in the field of simulation and training · One of the key tasks is the definition, control and coordination of the activities of all stakeholders, both internally and externally, in order to achieve the project objectives successfully. · The location acts as an interface between the customers and the contractors, in particular as part of the key account management · Another important area of responsibility is active participation in contract negotiations and representation of the company's concerns both inside and outside · In addition, internal and external reporting are essential components of the activity to ensure transparency and smooth project management · The leadership of the project team is one of your key tasks to ensure efficient cooperation and successful project implementation · You are responsible for defining, planning and monitoring the project activities in order to achieve the project objectives on time and within the budget · In addition, you take over communication management both internally in the team and externally to customers and partners to ensure a smooth flow of information · Furthermore, you are responsible for compliance with the defined schedules, quality standards and budget requirements to meet the project requirements. They maintain stakeholder management to ensure the support and acceptance of all stakeholders.
