Field of activity of a 3-year-old nursing specialist on a station with an aging medical focus Holistic, activating care and care of geriatric and age traumatological patients as part of the care process Basic and treatment care in area care organization organized in the Skill-Mix Sensitivity in individual care and care of patients Implementation of the special care tasks with individual care planning, digital documentation, and evaluation, as well as guidance, counselling and schools of the patients Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, social services and relatives to ensure optimal care Participation in team meetings, case conferences and visits for joint treatment planning Planning and organisation of station-internal processes and ensuring supply stability Compliance and maintenance of quality of care according to technical and economic principles Implementation and further development of comprehensive and station-internal care standards, as well as know and observe internal service and process instructions Implementation of internal quality assurance to ensure patient-related care and treatment quality

Completed three-year nursing training according to §1 Abs.1 Nursing professions law (PflBG) Ideally with multi-year professional experience in dealing with geriatric u/o age traumatological patients You possess practical and methodological knowledge and skills willingness to introduce your existing specialized care expertise to the benefit of patient care, the satisfaction of the employees and the achievement of the corporate goals Ability to constructive and co-operative interdisciplinary cooperation, intersectoral and professional groups, with employees and supervisors You have the will to actively participate and identify with the objectives of our clinic You have a friendly and patient-oriented appearance and high social competence You are happy to work responsibly and independently in shift/shift work
