In the heart of the main office, you will create a diverse range of tasks – around political bodies, council work and central organization topics. In a dynamic environment with many interfaces you are networked in administration and with the municipal council. As a pivotal and a focal point, you control the complete meeting organization of the municipal council and its committees – from planning to implementation to refurbishment. You are the first contact person for the members of the panel, clarify communicative issues and ensure a smooth running in the Council Information System (RIS). Because you are service-oriented and people are at your heart, you are training officers and represent the assistant of the Mayor. Whether it's New Year's reception, anniversaries or digital themes – you are actively introducing yourself, organising with heart blood and shaping our administration of tomorrow. From idea management to coordination of work safety to procurement of office furniture: Your creativity is in demand and your impulses and discretion are welcome.
