Ensuring all customer and food-specific quality requirements (hygiene, HACCP, cooling chain) Analysis and optimization of operational processes in fresh and chill logistics Creation, maintenance and documentation of process descriptions and QM tools Planning and implementation of internal & external audits and certifications (quality, hygiene, storage, environment) Evaluation of complaints and derivation of emergency and preventive measures Implementation of internal training on quality and hygiene issues Further development of the quality management system Communication with Lactalis and internal interfaces on quality topics Experience in handling hazardous goods Implementation of risk assessments and implementation of all necessary measures for occupational safety Introduction of all necessary measures to ensure legal health requirements

WHAT? Commercial or logistical training, ideally with experience in food or cooling logistics Knowledge of QSHE/QM methods (HACCP, Lean, Six Sigma) Safe handling of MS Office and QM/storage systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Experience in training and presentations Analytical thinking, structured working and rapid understanding High self-responsibility, organizational talent, communication strength and team capacity
