You are a contact person (all genders) and act as a SPoC (Single Point of Contact) for all IT-relevant topics directly at the customer (from the pharmaceutical industry) on site – including advice, support and user input into new systems, laptops or mobile devices in the entire Potsdam area You take care of the setup and configuration of IT workstations including team telephony and support IT rollouts as well as IT moves Your responsibility lies in the installation, exchange and support of standard and special hardware (e.g. desktops, notebooks, printers, periphery, media technology such as conference rooms) The issue, withdrawal and storage management of IT equipment and the maintenance of asset management are also included in your task You process, document and track tickets in ServiceNow or comparable systems Analyze and fix hardware and software malfunctions including on-site routine shooting (Helping Hand) As a SPoC, you enter mobile devices including the setup via MDM systems (e.g. Apple, Intune) You are responsible for the exchange as well as the setup of terminals – in particular Dell notebooks – and support specific IT systems such as B-POS as required

You have completed training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informatics (all genders) system integration, IT system businessman (all genders)) or you are cross-enterers (all genders) with additional professional experience in IT support and have already gained experience in IT user support (direct on-site service) You have good knowledge of Microsoft products, standard hardware and peripherals, and you are planning a routined handling of ticket systems such as ServiceNow and asset management In your previous activities, you can acquire knowledge in the trouble shooting of desktops, notebooks, mobile devices as well as media technology and already have experience in mobile device management (e.g. Apple devices, MDM solutions) Your customer-oriented work, your friendly appearance and your communication strength help you with your daily tasks in field service support Very good knowledge of German (level C1) and good knowledge of English (level B2) in word and writing complete your profile You have a class B driver's license and are ready to maintain the entire area of Potsdam.
