Development of microcontroller-based assemblies for trade fairs, rules and automation (conception to series maturity) Circuit development (analog/digital), component selection, dimensioning and evaluation of boundary conditions (EMV/ESD, thermal, cost) Firmware development in C (driver, application, diagnosis, communication protocols) Planning and implementation of verification/tests (unit/integration tests, hardware-related tests, commissioning, troubleshooting) Contribution to system integration Mechanics / Electronics / Software in the development team (interface clarification, commissioning, root-cause analyses) Care of development documentation (specification, test reports, changes)
Study of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar qualifications Multiannual project experience (typically 3+ years) in the development of embedded systems – or demonstrably equivalent Very good knowledge of:C (Embedded), safe handling of interrupts, timing, resource management digital and analog circuit technology (sensory, signal processing, ADC/DAC, OpAmps, filter) Microcontroller hardware and debugging (JTAG/SWD, GDB, Oscilloscope/Logic Analyzer)
