You advise the internal departments and show what is possible with CRM

You analyze sales, service & marketing processes and make them better, faster and smarter

Configure and develop our cloud-based CRM, marketing and customer satisfaction solutions

You make sure that our CRM systems understand seamlessly with other tools – for example using REST or SOAP APIs

You work in projects and are a troubleshooter: When it hits, you know what it is and how to solve the problem

Completed study of (economic) computer science or BWL, alternative relevant professional experience

SAP Cloud for Customer, Marketing Cloud and Qualtrics are not foreign words for you – also development, customizing and scripting are your repertoire

Good understanding of data modeling and interface management

Very good knowledge of customer relationship management

You are communicative, analytic and like a step ahead

Flowing German and English skills
