Your workplace

The assistance in living is aimed at people with addiction diseases who live in their own homes and need support in everyday life – temporarily or for a long time. Support from outpatient care is always individual, the goals are set in conversation before the start of the care. It is about structuring the day and managing the daily challenges: problems with authorities or the landlord, the search for meaningful activities, training or work. There is also support in crisis situations. With this help, a largely self-determined life is possible for the affected people and they can find new perspectives.

Your duties

• Looking for social work in the housing of people seeking support
• Taking psychosocial care of adult people with a mental illness and/or addiction
• Support for people with care in everyday management, day structuring, recreational design, mediation in further aids, crisis intervention and motivation work
• Creating care plans according to the determined objectives of care, documentation of performance etc.
• Constructive cooperation with the team, in particular through participation in team and supervision meetings, service and organization meetings

This will bring you

• You have completed your studies as a social worker:in/-pedagog:in or an education for:into the educator:in or comparable
• First experience within the addiction system with addictive and health-related and psychologically severely burdened persons is desirable. but no condition
• At best, they bring knowledge of individual aid and the seeking social work with
• You have very good communicative and self-organization skills
• You have a class B / BE licence
