For our customer Diehl Aerospace GmbH we are looking for a Production employee electronics & assembly at the location Nürnberg. In a highly specialized aviation environment, you take over the assembly and testing of terminals and contribute directly to product quality and safety.

Tasks

• Mounting and testing of electronic devices according to specific aviation standards
• Work preparation: removal of working papers and installation of hand-testing places including function check
• Measurement operation: Upgrade of test places according to requirements and independent performance of tests
• Quality documentation: Complete recording of all work steps and quality data in running cards and paperless systems
• Contact: Scheduled implementation of maintenance and cleaning work and monitoring of maintenance intervals

= qualification

• Complete vocational training as an electronic / electronic, energy plant electronics / energy plant electronics or comparable
• Multiannual professional experience in electrical engineering/electronics or mechatronics
• Experience in the assembly and testing of electronic components, ideally according to aviation standards
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and special aviation requirements
• Safe handling of measuring devices such as oscilloscopes and various measuring devices
• German (min. C1)
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Teamability, high sense of responsibility and independent working
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely necessary
