Working Student - Broker Sales Controlling - Authorization and Process Management Broker Portal (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) to support our Realtor Sales Controlling Unit for at best up to two years. The unit is a decentralized unit of Allianz's headquarters (HV) and central contact for access permissions in the broker portal - a system that bundles sensitive functions for stocks, damages, administration, courtage and permissions. You work at the interface of data protection, process quality and digitalization and actively contribute to the further development of our testing and control processes - also with a view to the use of AI-based tools to increase efficiency.

This is what we expect as a working student (m/w/d)

Operational examination and quality assurance of authorization applications in the broker portal - from form control to final release Compensation of responsibilities, roles and authorizations according to the principle ''as much as necessary, as little as possible'' Participation in the continuous improvement of our testing and documentation processes, including using modern AI/GenAI tools Structured documentation and tracking of test results in the team Close cooperation with an experienced team in a data protection-relevant and future-oriented topics

Current studies in economics, insurance, economic law, administration or comparable Careful, structured and conscientious way of working with sensitive data Interest in data protection and control processes and openness for the use of new AI/AI technologies in everyday work Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) Reliability, teamability and independent operation Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
