Managing and controlling challenging major projects in turnkey construction together with your project team Advise public and private contractors to the project implementation strategy and accompany PPP/PP and other alternative contract models Organize and conduct award procedures, including functional performance descriptions and technical concept assessments Dealing with builders, general companies and total companies and contributing to offers and supplements Coordinate all project participants and support a solution-oriented cooperation between planning, execution and commissioning Taxes on contracts, costs, dates, qualities, changes, yields and risks over the entire project period

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable subject At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, construction management or the management of complex construction or turnkey projects Experience in the professional leadership of project teams and in the coordination of interdisciplinary project participants Experience with alternative project execution forms and contract models such as GÜ, TÜ, GU, GMP and ideally PPP/PP projects Funded knowledge in HOAI, VOB, LBO, tendering, awarding, cost management, timing and contract management Secure knowledge of German in word and writing as well as consulting skills, negotiation skills and structured working methods
