On behalf of our customer, a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders based in Zabergäu, we are looking for a CNC machine operator for operating various CNC turning and milling machines at the next possible time.

Your tasks:

• Operation of various CNC turning and milling machines
• Measuring and controlling processed parts (if necessary, work very well, as extremely important)
• Recording of seizures
• Guide control cards
• To make small corrections to the control (good programming skills are not necessary because external programming)
• Scheduled execution of orders
• good merit € 19,50 - € 23,50

Your profile:

• Reading of technical drawings
• Self-employed work according to drawing and production order
• Complete training for industrial or machining mechanic, comparable training or multiannual professional experience
• Knowledge in the Siemens 840 D controller desirable
• Safe handling of measuring means (fast probe, subito also adjust with the adjusting ring, sliding gauge, depth gauge, inner probe)
• physical loadability (parts weigh between 15 18 kg per piece)
• Layer readiness (breakfast (05:00 13:00), late (13:00 21:00), night shift (21:00 05:00)
• Own car and driver's license, as bad connection to public transport
• Crane scarf
• German language and writing
