You take responsibility: You control the entire construction process in the predefined budget frame up to timely acceptance. You also ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal standards and safety regulations. You are constantly developing your expertise by opting for technical specifications, processes and tools. You perform a variety of tasks: You select tenders, select suitable service providers and commission them. During the course you calculate costs, set the schedule and update the risk analysis. You also take over the persecution, evaluation and documentation of all construction measures as well as changes and complaints. You are an important interface: you consolidate and evaluate needs, start feasibility studies and check infrastructure requirements. For contract creation, you work closely with the purchase. In addition, you will create regular reports, presentations and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

You have a good university degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification. You have experience in building, building planning, electrical building technology and energy and supply technology. The German standards, regulations and approval processes are familiar to you - in particular the contract law (VOB, HOAI,...) and the relevant DIN and VDI standards. You are ready to travel to Michelin locations in southern Germany and possibly also in Europe . You work independently, are team-ready and can communicate well. Economic thinking and action are of course for you. With commitment, structure and self-initiative, you'll get into our teams. You can control the Microsoft Office programs. You control secure communication (word and writing) in German (C2) and English (B2).
