Head of IT Governance (m/f/d)

For IT-Governance & Security we are looking for a Head of Division with experience in regulatory compliance, audit and audit findings as well as the practical implementation of regulatory requirements in the IT organization.

In particular, the following tasks are your responsibility: Participation in the processing and design of the IT strategy Responsibility for the IT-Governance area for IT-requirement and change management. Regulator & Governance DORA Program/Project Management, Policies/Standards, Audit Readiness Audit/Finding Management: Control, coordination and processing of Findings from internal audit and external audits Planning measures with timely implementation and sustainable effectiveness Negotiations with examiners and stakeholders on interpretations and expectations – with the aim of establishing risk-appropriate, efficient and audit-proof solutions IT security operation (Governance sight) Interface to Information Security and Information Risk Management, Security KPI/KRI, Risk and Action Portfolios IAM/PAM Role and Permission Concepts, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, Recertifications, Privileged Access Processes, Exceptions

You bring a completed (specialized) higher education course of business administration, (economic) computer science or a comparable level of knowledge acquired in practice. In addition, you have already gained leadership experience, ideally in a bank, a financial service provider or in a similarly regulated environment. You have a very good understanding of regulatory requirements and their audit-proof operationalization. You have experience with revision/WP audits including escalation and unsubscribe logic, DORA readiness/implementation (Gap analyses, action programs, governance structures) and service provider control and are routined in creating resilient management reports (status, risks, decisions, action needs). In addition to sovereignty, enforcement strength and negotiation skills, you are distinguished in particular by reliability, integrity, a strong sense of responsibility and pronounced communication skills to top management level. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
