We're looking for you as soon as possible Pflegfachkraft (w/m/d) for our various somatic areas in full or parttime

• Find your field with us: Geriatrie, Geriatrie Privita, private station, general, visceral and vascular surgery, orthopaedics and surgery, spinal surgery, cardiology, palliative station
• Collection of care needs and planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process
• Professional and patient-oriented basic and treatment care according to current nursing standards
• Monitoring, assessment and documentation of vital parameters and introduction of necessary measures
• implementation of care measures, e.g. wound care, mobilisation and health promotion
• Professional consultancy, guidance and support of patients:
• Resource-oriented and activating care to promote the independence of our patients:
• Ensuring complete maintenance documentation and compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Interprofessional cooperation in a multi-professional team
• Active participation in service, case and team meetings and training
