Service Technician / Electronics Technician – Access Control and Workforce Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for monitoring, configuring and repairing complex soft and hardware systems in particular for access control and time recording. You carry out structured inspections and maintenance of the systems. In case of disruptions that cannot be resolved from the 1st Level Support team remotely, you will analyze the problem on site and find solutions to fix it. You use the associated hardware and program the systems; you then introduce customers to the functionality. As a recognized technical expert or expert for our solutions, you support your colleagues in the sales department. You work conscientiously in accordance with the policies and documents applicable to the field of activity and the first revision documents. You will carry out smaller hardware projects with our existing customers, from assembly to commissioning to installation of the devices in the software. You're taking on standby services, including readiness for remediation.

technical training, e.g. as an electronic engineer (m/w/d) in the fields of information and telecommunications technology or energy and building technology, as an IT system electronics engineer (m/w/d) or as a specialist informant (m/w/d) for system integration, ideally with further training on the state-tested technicians (m/w/d) computer science or electrical engineering Ideally professional experience as a service technician (m/w/d) in the field service or in the analysis and elimination of both software and hardware disorders Good network soft and hardware knowledge and Microsoft operating systems Class B or category B driving licence 3 German and English skills Friendly, accurate appearance in customer contact as well as communication strength in dealing with opponents of different technical backgrounds High conscience, willingness to learn and good understanding of complex technical relationships
