You carry responsibility, control and ensure the success of your responsibility area by conducting the direct production areas assembling new vehicles, assembling repair vehicles as well as upgrade programs and the static and dynamic vehicle tests at the Munich site in a disciplined and professional manner In addition, you are responsible for the budget and cost of personnel, costs and investments and ensure the production targets in quality, costs, delivery performance and security. In addition, introduce modern production, lean and KPI control systems. At the same time, you control change, digitization and optimization initiatives. You have completed their studies with a focus on production, manufacturing technology, KFZ mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable training as well as adequately relevant professional experience. In addition, you have several years of leadership in production and experience in building or running production sites or lines. You have well-founded KFZ technology knowledge and deep knowledge in lean manufacturing and operational excellence. In addition, you have a very good business understanding, in particular in the areas of investment, cost accounting and capacity planning. You are also safe in handling key payment systems and modern IT tools.
