Team Assistant (m/w/d) My tasks

• Support of the team in all administrative tasks
• Management of abnormalities and absences
• Organization and settlement of missions, both nationally and internationally, including visa applications
• Coordination of onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Acquisition and appointment of IT equipment for the team
• Planning and support for internal and external events such as workshops and corporate events
• Close cooperation with the Works Council and the Supervisory Boards, taking into account absolute discretion, loyalty and pronounced communication skills

My qualification

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in office communication and organization
• Finded MS Office experience
• Perfect German and advanced English skills
• Application knowledge in SAP R/3 and additional knowledge in simple web design
• Ideal knowledge of the right of establishment
