CNC Machine Operator (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a CNC machine operator (m/w/d) in full-time in Bürgel, also for direct hire.

Your tasks:

• Operation: programming, setup and operation of CNC lathes.
• Manufacturing: Processing of manufacturing orders in compliance with quality requirements.
• Monitoring: Control of machinery and processes and introduction of corrective measures.
• Examination: Implementation of quality controls and documentation of the results in the ERP system.
• Optimization: Improvement of processes and ensuring a stable production process.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: Complete training in the metal sector, e.g. as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, precision mechanics (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• Experience: knowledge of CNC turning and machine setup.
• Expertise: experience with CNC controls, e.g. Fanuc, as well as reliable reading of technical drawings.
• Software knowledge: readiness to work with ERP systems and digital processes.
• shift readiness: willingness to work in the shift system.
