Outpatient support for children, young people and families in the home environment and social space Systemic consulting, target work and case management within the scope of our Flex offer everyday structuring, school and training guidance, professional preparation and application training Cooperation with schools, youth offices, doctor:inside and network partners Monitoring of administrative matters and crisis intervention Planning and implementation of recreational, sports and sports activities (including sports, martial, water sports) Careful documentation, help planning and case reflection/Supervision

Complete study of social work/social pedagogy (B.A./M.A.) or comparable qualification (e.g. educators:in, nurses:in) with relevant experience At least 2 years of experience in the management of stationary junk aid, or in the direction of stationary social work Passion for work with children, adolescents and families as well as a reliable, structured way of working Systemic attitude; desirable: training in systemic advice/intervention Experience in outpatient youth assistance (SGB VIII) of advantage Driving licence Class B and readiness to seek work Team-capable, reflected and strong communication; intercultural competence
