Management, control and coordination of tasks, objectives and processes of the Department of Basic Education, Environmental Planning Defining and implementing the tasks relating to land acquisition, property management, nature, soil and water protection as well as the environmental and waste law requirements of the branch in accordance with the tasks of the Planning business unit Monitoring of budget and resources requirements Continuous review of the achievement of the objective of the department and the initiation and control of the implementation of corrective measures in the event of failures Control, conceptual implementation and processing of basic matters and technical or technical matters for the entire branch, in all matters relating to the acquisition and management of the property, in particular compensation, dispossession and measurement of the property, and industrial cleaning, and in matters relating to the principle of contract design Regular meetings, consultations and interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments and business units, as well as branch offices, with the headquarters and other organizational units of Autobahn GmbH

Successfully completed academic studies with the field of national care, environmental management, landscape ecology/ nature conservation, civil engineering, administration, law and comparable knowledge and experience Multiannual relevant professional experience Comprehensive, well-founded and practice-tested technical or legal knowledge in the field of environmental and landscape planning or basic acquisition including the associated planning, road, environmental, waste, land, species protection and administrative law and relevant standards and regulations Ability to solve problems of particularly complex situations and to evaluate or evaluate Assessment (technical) legal aspects Secure control of relevant EDV applications, in particular Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge in handling GIS programs Extensive cost awareness and sense of economic solutions Language and language skills driving licence class B
