The Centre for Rehabilitative Medicine (Saludis) of the Bamberg Social Foundation is the local health care provider for medical rehabilitation, therapy and prevention. This is expected

• Tasks: Own-sponsored organization of the head doctor's secretariat as well as the takeover of various administrative and organizational activities in the daily business, the creation (prhonodic act) and the correction/processing of digital doctor's lettering as well as dispatch (e.g. KIM-Mail, Patient Portal)
• Contribution & Effect: Patient contact: In the care of employees involved (mainly medical staff), and external partners directly contributing to a smooth everyday practice and clinic
• Organization & Processes: Coordination of speaking hours, appointment management, registration processes and processing of e.g. inbox and material orders
• Collaboration: Close cooperation with the chief physician, the medical team and internal and external contact persons:in order to ensure efficient procedures
• Quality & Responsibility: Careful scheduling, reliable communication and professional optimization and improvement of processes
• Support for the organisation and preparation of conferences, certifications and training events, as well as the introduction of own ideas to optimize existing processes

This will bring you

• Qualification: Completed training for the MFA or merchant Kaufmann in der Gesundheits
• Professional experience: experience in secretariat or administration, ideally in healthcare
• Working methods: Structured, independent and reliable working methods as well as pronounced organisational skills even at high work
• Communication: Kind appearance and professional and empathic treatment with patients:inside and different contact persons:inside
• Team orientation: Joy in cooperation in an interdisciplinary team and in a trusted support of executives and colleagues
• Personality: self-initiative and sense of responsibility as well as safe handling of modern IT; Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
• German perfect in word and writing
