We are a professional team that, with determination, commitment and creativity, is committed to helping children and adolescents become alive. Each of us is willing to take responsibility. We see the problems of disadvantaged children affected by exploitation, violence and abuse, and we are all committed to solving them – even unconventional. For a limited time, we give the children an emotionally warm home where values can be experienced and development possible. We are competent – but not omniscient. That's why we learn again every day – from children, parents and colleagues. Regular training is part of our everyday life as well as learning from our own mistakes and experiences.
