The perspectives in LBBW-IT are diverse - from software development to IT security challenges to product responsibility for IT systems and agile project management. The different tasks of LBBW-IT offer unique opportunities. Especially for the area of digital enablers (including BaaS, Camunda, Doxis etc.) we are looking for dedicated and motivated colleagues who support the (further) development of the newly built Java Open Source platform “MicroCore” in an advisory role.

Support in the implementation and development of technical and reusable services and components used by other applications. Responsibility for the further development of the technological foundations for web applications (Docker, Cloud, Kubernetes etc.) Advising the development team in implementing web applications with Java, SpringBoot, Kotlin and Angular with a special focus on security-relevant topics and issues Advising development teams in projects on IT security, wartability and scalability through appropriate software architecture Participation in projects aimed at the further development and future of LBBW-IT Takeover of a central role in communication and coordination to overarching IT topics, in particular in cooperation with developers, product owners, Scrum Mastern, project managers and other roles

Complete study of computer science, (economic) informatics, media informatics or a related subject Multiannual experience and good knowledge of software development with technologies such as SpringBoot, Java, Kotlin and Angular or comparable tools. Special interest in safety-related issues Experiences with common tools for developing web applications such as Bitbucket, Jira, GitLab, IntelliJ, etc. Impressed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high problem-solving competence Enthusiasm to share knowledge with other developers and act as a multiplier across the project. Interest in modern technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes as well as innovative architectural approaches such as microservice architectures are desirable Team skills, communication strength, readiness to change and 'a good sense of humor' Good knowledge of English is advantageous
