DISCLOSURE You shape and accompany HR processes along the entire employee life cycle - from recruiting to offboarding

You advise managers and employees competently on personal and labour law issues

You create work-right correct documents and take over document management

You control and accompany operational and strategic HR processes - from recruiting to personnel development to separation management.

You keep time limits and HR processes in mind and implement them reliably in our systems

You will participate in the Business Integration Management (BEM), on topics relating to occupational safety, maternity protection and parental leave

You are the first contact point for questions about Workday and responsible for compliance with HR policies and release processes

You implement measures in the areas of remuneration, personnel development and career management

You work trustfully with the works council

You'll get into the further development of our HR processes and organizational structure

♪ completed commercial training with further training or studies in the field of personnel/BWL/Jura/Psychology or a comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in operational and strategic personnel work, ideally in the Group/Matrix environment

Knowledge of German labour law and experience in cooperation with the works council

Structured, proactive and service-oriented mode of operation - even in dynamic situations

Responsibility for compliance with all HR policies and approval processes in your care area

Impressed communication strength and solution-oriented thinking

Very good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with Workday

German and English skills

Willingness to occasionally travel within Germany

Joy of team work (remote and personal) as well as varied tasks and projects
