For our Department of Competence & Cooperation at one of our BGZ sites we are looking for a full or part-time (min. 25 hours/week) at the next possible time

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Building long-term academic partnerships to support the strategic objectives by: Networks with universities and research institutions in the field of storage and disposal of radioactive waste Developing a sustainable and innovative concept for the long-term acquisition of young professionals with academic background, taking into account the specific needs of skilled workers at the various locations Further development and development of existing formats and cooperations for the academic training of employees Support the other departments of the BGZ: Planning, planning and coordination of events taking place throughout Germany for the production of skilled workers, such as career fairs, specialist lectures or network meetings Promoting cooperation, e.g. by organizing excursions for students, managing graduations and conducting joint research projects Active communication with universities, research institutions and other relevant actors to promote a positive perception of BGZ as an attractive employer

Successfully completed studies, preferably in natural or engineering sciences with a focus on the storage and disposal of radioactive waste, or a comparable qualification Proofable professional experience in the care of students, including the organisation of excursions and supervision of graduates Already existing network to universities and research institutions operating in the field of radioactive waste management is advantageous Knowledge of requirements and challenges in the development of young talent in the scientific environment Experience in project coordination, ideally with budget responsibility readiness to regularly travel within Germany Imprinted communication and expressability, both oral and written
